Do I need to register with ripleyhampers.co.uk in order to place an order?

You do not need to register with ripleyhampers.co.uk to make a purchase from our site you can purchase as a guest.

How can I register with ripleyhampers.co.uk?

To register for an account, please select the 'Register' option at the top right of each page or select the products you require and then select "Register Account" in the Checkout Options.

How do I login / sign out to my ripleyhampers.co.uk account?

If you wish to log in to your account select the ‘Sign In' option on the top right hand side of each page and enter your username and password. To sign out of your account, please select the 'Sign Out' option at the top of the homepage.

How can I change my personal details?

What should I do if I have forgotten my password?

Ripley Hampers deliver throughout the UK and internationally by arrangement.

We offer FREE UK DELIVERY

Our UK delivery options are as follows:

Standard UK delivery (Monday to Friday) in 4-5 days  (excludes Scottish Highlands and islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man and EU countries).

Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly – £12.92 (Inc VAT)

Channel Island - POA

EU countries – POA

International non EU - POA


Unfortunately we do not offer a Same Day delivery service at this time.

Can I change the delivery address?

Unfortunately we are unable to amend delivery details once your order has been placed. It is therefore very important that you check all the order details are correct before completing your transaction.

Although we use advanced security measures to protect your information against loss, misuse and alteration, as is the case with all computer networks linked to the internet, we cannot guarantee the security of the information you provide over the internet and as such we cannot be held responsible for it. But we take no sensitive financial data from you, consequently nothing of this nature is stored on the site.  

Will you pass my information on to other companies?

Your privacy is of the upmost importance to us. Your personal details will only be used by Ripley Hampers to ensure we deliver an excellent service to you, to process and deliver your order and maintain your account with us. We do not sell or pass your details on or for any other purpose. 

How do we notify you of any changes to our security and privacy policy?

Any changes we make to our security and privacy policy in the future will be updated on our website on our privacy policy section. 


Am I able to personalise my gift and if so where will the message appear?

We understand at Ripley Hampers that when you send an important gift its vitally important to attach a message to get that all important sentiment of care or thanks across.

Our systems are designed to allow you to put a unique personalised gift message to each and every hamper you send. When you place your order you are given the opportunity to include your chosen message. You can rest assured this message will be kept confidential and private.  


If you chose from one of Ripley's 'personalised' range of gifts this allows you a printed  message  directly onto the box lid of the gift, or in the case of a hamper a leather. A much appreciated touch. 


Can I place a large order to go to my clientes. Is this possible ?

Ripley Hampers specialise in corporate order fulfilment. We have a large range of gift items and hampers that can be sent as christmas thank you gifts, incentives for employees or for just general gift giving. With our broad choice of hampers there is something for all. Please email and our Corporate Gift Team on orders@ripley-group.com and we will aim to fulfil your requests 


How is the gift I send, received ?

Ripley Hampers are despatched by courier for delivery right across the British Isles If the recipient is not in the premises to take delivery of the hamper a memo card will be left notifyng them of the attempted delivery and to arrange a mutually acceptable time that the courier can re arrange delivery. 

If you have included a message the hamper is despatched with your message attached to the hamper gifts outer packaging, We have designed it this way so  your recipient can  easily identify who has sent the gift.


 What if I need an urgent delivery?

 Please contact us directly on orders@ripley-group.co.uk to discuss your specifc requirements. 


In time for Christmas ? 


This is by far our busiest time. We will deliver your gift before Christmas and deliver right up to the 22nd December, one of the latest delivery dates in the industry. 


Are there any  days you are unable to deliver ?

We are unable to deliver evenings, at weekends, Bank Holidays. OUr last delivery date is the 22 December. We are unable to deliver on Christmas Eve.


I want to send a hamper overseas.Can I do this ?

We can send hampers to European destinations by specialist arrangement. Please contact us by email  orders@ripley-group.com

It is also possible to send our hampers across the globe. It must be noted that some countries place have very strong laws placing restrictions food items or alcohol. Countries such as the USA and Australia. 

Also it is not possible for us  to track deliveries. Nor is it possible to guarantee deliveries in many parts of the world. If you would like to send a hamper overseas we are happy to discuss this. We can  provide a quotation. Overseas deliveries usually take up to a week and never less than 3 days.  Our prices for overseas overseas begin at £27.50.  contact us by email.  

 

 Who has sent my gift?

 If your the sender wrote you a message it is to be found on the  parcel outer. It is underneath the address label.

 

What are your delivery charges?

We offer free delivery to mainland UK addresses.
