For the first two thirds of the year extensive time is spent on  research & development. Buyers travel to food and trade fairs looking for exciting new products, and current suppliers are visited for them to show off their latest offerings. Wicker Basket and presentation manufacturers are also visited at this time of year. Our partners and suppliers are constantly in search of new and innovative ways to present the gifts.

Historical Values, Quality Approach

When an order is recieved a Hamper parcel is consigned directly specifically to an individual. State of the art postcode verification software is used, making sure all addresses are checked before dispatch.

We believe the the sending of a gift hamper is an unrivalled statement of care and appreciation. The system has been designed therefore so each hamper gift can have a personal message attched. This is placed on the address label. Their is then no danger  that the message and hamper will seperate from one another or that the message will get lost from the gift. 

The hampers are packed in 145,000 sq feet of warehousing. At any one time there can be up to 125,000 finished hampers ready to be dispatched quickly, cleanly, accurately and efficiently.
