Terms and Conditions
We accept the following cards through the secure Paypal online payment system : Visa / Delta / Electron / Mastercard Eurocard / Paypal Top up card / Maestro / Maestro / American Express. For further details regrading Paypal see www.paypal.com.
All credit card details must be authorised before despatch of goods.Your item can be chosen, ordered and paid for 120 days before delivery date. The price will be held during this time.
Dispatch Of Hampers
Ripley Hampers are unable to be deliver at the weekend or on bank holidays.
Orders recieved will be delivered between 3 - 5 days after the order has been placed on the website.
We offer free delivery in mainland UK for all our hampers and gifts.
We would kindly ask the correct address and postcode for the recipient is given to us when you place your order. We may have to place a surchage for for re-delivery if we have been supplied with an incorrect or incomplete address.
It is standard policy that the courier is only responsible for delivery against signature at the address you have supplied (or neighbour if no one is at the house in question ) We regret that where the goods have been correctly delivered we cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient has moved, or now lives some where else, and the actual receiver refuses or fails to return the products.
If the courier is not able to find someone to accept delivery it is standard practice that they leave a delivery card at the given address. This delivery card asks the recipeint to make contact.
If the recipient fails to make contact in good time the goods are returned to dispatch and a charge will be made for re-delivery to that or an alternative address as stated above.
Fresh Foods
We regret that for food safety reasons our cheese gifts or any of our hampers containing fresh food cannot be sent out for Monday delivery. This is due to the fact Monday delivery means Friday dispatch. This is not suitable for fresh produce.
Wines and Spirits
Many of our Ripley Hampers and gifts contain alcohol, the minimum age to order these type of gifts is 18 years.Please do not attempt to order these gifts if you are under 18.
Cancellation
You may cancel your Ripley Hamper order for any reason as long as
1) You notify us of your cancellation by email to orders@ripley-group.com within 2 working days before delivery.
Returns
Returns can be sent back 7 days after delivery if the following factos have been adhered to
1) The hamper or gifts remain unopend and component parts are untouched
2) The recipient takes reasonable care of the items until collected by our courier.
3) It is your reasonability to make the goods available for collection by our courier. They will collect only during the daytime and only on working days (not weekends or Bank Holidays) within 21 days of cancellation notification.
If you are returning an item which is not damaged or defective, mark it with the order number your name and your postcode.

Individual item Claims
All items are fully insured.Any clains for other damage or breakages should be made on orders@ripleyhampers.co.uk no more than 48 hours after receipt of item. Please attack a photogragh of the damaged or broken item to the e mail.
Value Added Tax ( VAT )
All Ripley Hampers prices include VAT. This is at variable rates as not every item in a hamper is liable for tax and therefore a hamper is not likley to gains the standard VAT rate of 20%.
